This website is operated by Dora Kovacs, independent licensed real estate professional (Keller Williams · FL License #3502193). What we collect
When you use the inquire form or a request modal we collect your name, email, phone number, optional interest, timeline, whether you are a buyer or a broker, the request type (pricing, brochure, floor plans, availability, presentation, or general), and any notes you choose to send. After you submit we unlock published project PDFs for view/download. Netlify may receive the submission as the form processor. If Google Tag Manager or Follow Up Boss IDs are configured, those services may also receive page-view and conversion events after you submit.
How we use it
We use inquiry details only to respond about 619 Brickell — pricing, availability, floor plans, and related project information — and to keep a record of the conversation in our CRM (including Follow Up Boss, when connected). We do not sell your information.
Cookies and analytics
If a Google Tag Manager container ID is set, GTM may load analytics or advertising tags that you configure in that container. If a Follow Up Boss Widget Tracker or Pixel ID is set, that integration may record site activity and associate it with a contact after a form submit. No live IDs ship with this repository.
Retention and requests
You may email dora@bnsluxury.com to request access, correction, or deletion of the inquiry you submitted, subject to record-keeping duties that apply to licensed real estate professionals in Florida.

We may update this policy when the form, processors, or legal requirements change.
